You know, Debbie, I never really knew what a good job you did getting
this house for us until I spent some time working in RE.  There's so
much competition out there in this price range, and I remember you
telling us that we had to act fast and get our offer in first, or else
the place would be gone in like 24 hours.  You were so right, and I
appreciate your expertise!  Sorry I never took the time to tell you
before, but THANKS!  Smokey has done a wonderful job tearing up his

This is fantastic!  I don't know how you got this all set up, but your site ROCKS! I have to apologize though...I am somewhat of a "looky-loo" and won't be ready to buy a house for at least another year, and I plan to buy on Balboa Island.  Honestly, it will be a miracle if I can pull THAT off, but I believe in miracles... I would like to keep the one search parameter up and running, if you don't mind...even though I am not in the market.
