National Realty Site Honors OCAR Member, Debbie Ferrari
with Its “Web Site of the Month”

NewHomeSale.com, one of the world’s largest realty info and Realtor®-locator sites, recently selected the web site of OCAR member Debbie Ferrari, e-PRO, C.E., from the thousands of nationwide Realtor® web sites, as its “Featured Web Site” for the month of November, 2000.

But this is not the first honor Debbie’s site has received. Ferrari, a 22-year veteran, with 19 years service in San Clemente, has enjoyed national recognition for pioneering online help to buyers moving to this region. Her web site has earned more top realty industry awards than any other known U.S. Realtor® web site and is frequently used as an example of quality custom web sites by national MLS seminar leaders. This summer, she was one of the first Realtors® in Orange County to earn the coveted and NAR-approved "e-PRO" designation, which acknowledges her as an Internet-competent Realtor®.

In 1998, Ferrari became one of the first Realtors® in the U.S. to log more than $5 million in annual sales solely from web site leads. An article she wrote on how web Realtors® can help buyers online was chosen as the lead article in the 1999 annual “Technology” magazine of the California Association of Realtors®. She was profiled in both NAR’s online national magazine feature “Today’s Realtor®” and also received the “Site of the Day” honor from AgentNews.com and earned the prestigious “Hot Site” award from famed web portal, “Starting Point”.

Last October, “For demonstrating outstanding leadership, superior performance and distinguished professionalism,” Debbie was appointed to the prestigious 2001 Leadership Council of The Summit Real Estate Group.
